Effective January 1, 2009, the office of the Fox Township Supervisors will be taking over the administration of customer service billing and collection of fees.  New customer bills will be sent out in January.  These bills will have a new format to allow customers to pay on a quarterly basis with a new method of tracking payments.  All inquires should be directed to the Township office at 885-8450 ex. 4 and all payments and correspondence should be sent to PO Box 184, Kersey, PA 15846

We will begin reading meters in January to record the water usage for each customer.  Once we compile enough data to determine a rate schedule based on usage, customers will be billed for the amount water they use instead of a single flat rate for all. 

All customers who have an outstanding balance as of November 19, 2008 were mailed a statement showing said balance.  All such balances are expected to be paid by December 31, 2008.  ALL balances remaining on January 1, 2009 will be considered as overdue.
