RATES AND REGULATIONS
USAGE RATES FOR 2023
The current rates for Toby Water customers will be as follows: $9.00 per month readiness-to-serve base rate PLUS a $6.00 for every 1,000 gallons used. Bills will continue to be issued on a quarterly basis., however, your current quarterly bill will be based on your usage from the previous quarter. While your invoice will show the actual number of gallons used last quarter, it will be paying to operate the system and provide water to the customers for the current quarter. Even though usage is based on a previous quarter, it will always be only the amount ACTUALLY used.
